                                                Read the following:-

ORDER:-
 
                                
           In  the  G.O.  1st  read  above  Government  issued  orders  creating  9,569  posts  of  School   Assistants   under   Rashtriya   Madhyamika   Shiksha   Abhiyan   (RMSA).    The  expenditure under RMSA shall be borne in the ratio of 75:25 by the Central Government  and the State Government respectively.  Since the Central share is directly released by  the Government of India to the RMSA, the entire expenditure on salaries has to be initially  met from the State funds and the Central share of the expenditure on the salaries of the  teachers of the RMSA has to be reimbursed by the RMSA to the State Government.
               
2.         Accordingly Government hereby order that the expenditure on the salaries of the  School  Assistants  sanctioned  in  G.O. 1st  cited  shall  be  met  from  the  following  Head  of  Account.              

           “MH – 2202 - General Education 
           -    02 Secondary Education  
           -    M.H. 109 Government Secondary Schools – 
           -    G.H. 06 Matching State Share of Centrally sponsored schemes 
           -    S.H. (07) Rashtriya Madhyamika Shiksha Abhiyan
           -    010 Salaries.” 
 
3.         Government  also  hereby  order  that  seventy  five  percent  of  the  expenditure  on  salaries of the School Assistants initially met from the Head of Account mentioned in para  – 2 above shall be reimbursed by the RMSA towards Central share under the following  Receipt Head of Account. 
            
           “0202 Education, Sports, Art & Culture
           01 – General Education 
           M.H. 102 Secondary Education 
           S.H.(07)  –  Reimbursement  of  Expenditure  towards  Central  share  (75%) of   salaries of    teachers   under   Rashtriya  Madhyamika    Shiksha   Abhiyan (RMSA)” (to be opened).
                           
4.         The  Education  (SE.Prog.I)  Department  shall  take  necessary  action  in  the  matter  accordingly.
