            All the Principals of APSWR Institutions are hereby informed that in the reference cited, the Govt., have issued guidelines for transfer of staff in APSWREI Society, Hyderabad for the year 2012-2013.  The copy of the G.O. is communicated herewith.  The schedule of transfer counseling is as follows : --
