AP State Govt Employees-Pensioners Health Cards ehf.gov.in

www.ehf.gov.in (Employees Health Care Fund Scheme) website launched for Health Cards. AP State Govt issuing Health Cards for Employees and Pensioners along with their dependent family members through Rajiv Aarogya sree Trust. Health Cards are useful for cashless payment in network hospitals. Employees need health card to access the scheme. In order to obtain the health card, employees have to enroll for the scheme by submitting an e-form through www.ehf.gov.in and have to follow the instructions there. They will receive a health card thereafter. The card enables the beneficiary to avail the scheme benefits from the list of Empanelled Hospitals, spread across the State. Employees Health Care Fund is established for this purpose and is run by Rajiv Aarogya sree Trust. This Trust will collect whole employees and pensioners data.


AP Sub Treasury Department Employees are going to collect all these Employees, Pensioners and their family data. Employees and Pensioners need Aadhaar Card No. to access www.ehf.gov.in website. But Aadhar Cards are not yet received by many people. For this purpose Govt of AP will establish Aadhar Card Issuing Centers for Employees Enrollment at all District and Mandal level. G.O Ms.No.186, Dated 14.08.2012 was issued regarding this. www.ehf.gov.in website is designed both in English and Telugu. Employees, Pensioners, DDOs Log in Instructions and Enrollment Process is given in the website.
Employees Health Care Fund Scheme is started by Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Care Trust in lieu of the present medical reimbursement system under "˜The Andhra Pradesh Integrated medical Attendance Rules, 1972 (APIMA Rules, 1972)". The scheme will provide treatment in Network Hospitals for all the listed therapies.

Who are Eligible: All regular State Government Employees, Provincialised Employees of local bodies, All service pensioners, All Family pensioners without dependents, Re-employed service pensioners.

The following will constitute the family.
  1. Parents (either adoptive or biological, but not both).
  2. One legally wedded wife and her dependent parents in case of a male employee/ service pensioner.
  3. Husband and his dependent parents in case of a female employee/ service pensioner.
  4. Wholly dependent legitimate children (including step children and adopted children).
Dependency will have the following meaning.
  1. In case of parents, those who are dependent on the employee for their livelihood.
  2. In case of unemployed daughters, those who are unmarried or widowed or divorced or deserted.
  3. Husband and his dependent parents in case of a female employee/ service pensioner.
  4. Wholly dependent legitimate children (including step children and adopted children).

  6. I am D.SUBBA RAO, WITH PPO NO.06-SGC-039002 RETIRED IN 1998. I WAS ALLOTTED USER ID (P25639207 AND PASSWORD 25639207 BY 104 NUMBER SOME TWO TO THREE MONTHS AGO. BUT WHEN THE PASSWORD WAS PUT ON USE IT WAS SAYING THAT THE SAME WAS ALREADY ALLOTTED TO SOMEONE YOUSUR WITH CELL NO; 9951139682 AND USED BY HIM. FROM THEN I AM NOT ABLE TO GET IT. I HAVE ALREADY SENT EMAIL. I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR 104 PEOPLE COUNTLESS NUMBER OF TIMES BUT NONE COULD DO ANYTHING.I CONFIDENTLY BELIEVE YOUR PEOPLE CANNOT DO ANYTHING IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, EVEN WITH THE NEGLIGENCE OF YOUR PEOPLE. IN L;SUCH A CASE WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS KIND OF ENROLMENT PROCEDURE. THE VERY FUNNY THING IS WHEN YOUR PEOPLE ARE SENDING PASSWORD TO D.SUBBNARAO, THE SAME IS PASSED ON TO MR.YOUSUF NUMBER, THOUGH I GAVE MY CELL NUMBER IN MY EARLIER MAIL. THEREFORE, IT IS CONFIRMED THAT THE MAIL RELATING TO MR.SUBBARAO IS BEING SENT TO YOUSUF. IT CLEARLY SHOWS THE NEGLIGENCE YOUR PROPLE ARE SHOWING TOWARDS AFTERALL A PENSIONER. IF I ASK ANYBODY ANYWHERE INCLUDING THE ppo THEY SAY THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. THEN WHO IS THERE TO DO SOMETHING OR ANYTHING FOR ENROLMENT. THIS IS THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND MISTAKE OF YOUR 104 PEOPLE FOR WHICH I AM SUFFERING. THEREFORE, U PLEASE SEND ME A REPLY WHETHER U CAN DO ANYTHING.
