The State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), AP, Hyderabad in her letter 1st read above has submitted that there is a provision under SSA Program for sanction of regular Teacher posts for
newly opened Primary and Upper Primary Schools and additional teacher posts in the existing schools to
maintain Teacher-Pupil Ratio (TPR) as per the norms of prescribed from time to time. Accordingly, 38,319 teacher posts have been sanctioned since 2001-02 to 2011-12 under SSA. As per the norms of SSA, State
Government has to recruit teachers by sanctioning new posts to the existing cadre strength. Out of 38,319
teacher posts, Government have sanctioned and recruited only 27402 teachers vide G.O.Ms.No.50 Edn dated 15.05.2002 and G.O.Ms.No.363 Fin dt:10.11.2008. Hence there is a balance of 10,917 posts to be sanctioned and recruited by State Government. The SPD has therefore requested the Government to take necessary action to sanction and recruitment of 10,917 teacher posts available under SSA.
2. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above has reported that Government permitted recruitment of 12,772 SGTs, 2074 Language Pandits and 6077 School
Assistants through District Selection Committees, 2012 (DSC-2012) as per details given below.

In the reference first cited the rate of interest for Contributory Pension Scheme has been fixed at the rate of 8% with effect from 1.4.2003.
2. In the reference second cited the rate of interest for General Provident Fund and other Provident Funds including Contributory  Provident Fund has been enhanced at the rate of 8.6% with effect from 1.12.2011.
3. Accordingly, the Government have decided to enhance the rate of interest for Contributory Pension Scheme also and ordered that the rate of interest for Contributory Pension Scheme is fixed at the rate of 8% upto 30.11.2011 and at the rate of 8.6% with effect from 1.12.2011.

Rc.367 Mandal Teacher Training Team Members Selection Process Application Form

Rc.367/RVM(SSA)/C1/B5/12, Dated 11/2/2013, Mandal Teacher Training Team Members - Selection Process - Application Form - Guidelines - Schedule.
All the Project Officers of RVM in the state are informed that, it is decided to constitute Mandal Training Teams consisting of three Secondary Grade Teachers through a selection process to conduct inservice training programme to teachers at mandal / cluster level.

The services of the teams will be utilized as resource persons only for conduct of in-service training programmes to teachers. During the remaining time the teachers will work in their concerned schools as usual.
In this connection the following guidelines are issued for constitution of  Mandal Training Teams
SGT (Secondary Grade Teachers) working in a particular mandal are only eligible to apply for Mandal Training Team Member in that mandal.
i. The candidate should be a Graduate with B.Ed. / D.Ed. qualification
ii. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years service as teacher in Government/ Local body schools.
iii. Candidate should be below 45 years of age as on 01.01.2013.
iv. Candidate should submit one set of attested photocopies of documents related to qualifications, age etc.,
b) Selection Criteria:
The following selection criteria may be followed for selection of suitable candidates.
a) Additional qualifications.
Masters Degree in concerned subject -5 marks
M.Ed qualification - 5 marks
b) Text Book/ Module writer - 5 marks
B) Demonstration Lesson:15 marks
a) Presentation - 3marks
b) Class Room Organization - 3Marks
c) TLM - 4 Marks
d) Lesson Plan Preparation - 5Marks
C) Designing 5 activities on any one difficult concept in any primary school subject as decided by the evaluation team 5 marks
D) Innovations if any (to be submitted by the candidate) 15 marks

Out of 50 marks, the candidate who secures more marks will be selected.

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission will conduct the Departmental Tests Examinations (Objective Type) vide Go.Ms.No.602 GA (Ser-C) Department, Dt:01/11/2011 and few Tests are written examinations as mentioned under Para 5 (h) at (22) District Head Quarters (except Ranga Reddy District which is clubbed with  Hyderabad District) for May,2013 Session from 11/05/2013 to 16/05/2013 as per the Time-Table shown in accordance with the terms and conditions as laid down in Departmental Tests Rules, 1965 and as amended from time to time.

2. The Commission is inviting the Departmental Tests applications from the candidates for  May,
2013 Session Examinations through ON-LINE only on payment of Rs.50/- for each Test. Application
Form, Time-Table and other full details are available in the Commission’s Website Applicants shall apply the Departmental Test for  May 2013 Session examinations through ON-LINE ONLY from  19/02/2013 to 20/03/2013 (from 19/02/2013 to 15/03/2013 for payment of fees)  as the earlier procedure of sale of applications at the Head Post Offices at District Head Quarters and at SALES COUNTER of APPSC Office has been dispensed with by the Commission. The Election Commission of India in the references read above, conveyed that the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, P.G & Pensions (Department of Personnel & Training) have allowed Special Casual
Leaveto all Central Government employees who are University Graduates and are bonafide voters in the elections to the State Legislative Councils from Graduates’ and Teachers’ Constituencies and requested the State Government to issue orders on similar lines. Certain representations have also been received to allow Special Casual Leave on the day of poll to the Teachers / Graduates to enable them to exercise their right to vote in the Council elections.

Government after careful consideration of the suggestions of Election Commission of India and also orders of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Personnel, P.G & Pensions (Department of Personnel & Training), hereby direct that the appropriate authorities under the State Government shall in future, grant Special Casual Leave on the day of poll, if the day falls on a working day to such of their employees who are bonafide voters in the elections to A.P. Legislative Council from Teachers and Graduates Constituencies to enable them to exercise their right of franchise in such elections.

III Step:-The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the A.P. Online centers / State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid challan with Journal Number in the first instance.
IV Step:-On the next working dayafter payment of Fee the Applicant should again visit WEBSITE and enter the Journal Number to get the format of Application. The applicant has to invariably fill all the columns in the Application and should submit ON-Line. Even after making payment of fee, candidate fails to submit the bio-data particulars, such applications shall be rejected without giving any notice.
V Step:- If any candidate fails to enter “Community” for any reason, they will be treated as an OC without giving any notice.

In the reference read above, the Election Commission of India has announced the schedule for  Biennial  Elections  to  A.P.  Legislative  Council  from  3  Graduates’       and     3    Teachers’ Constituencies in   Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam,   East   Godavari,   West   Godavari,   Krishna,   Guntur,   Adilabad,  Karimnagar,  Nizamabad,  Medak,  Warangal,  Khammam  and  Nalgonda  Districts  in  the  State  of  Andhra  Pradesh.    As  per  the  schedule  the  poll  will  be  held  on
21.02.2013 (Thursday)  and  counting  of  the  votes  will  be  on  25.02.2013  (Monday). 
2. In this context, the Government hereby authorized the Collectors & District  Election  Officers  of  Srikakulam,  Vizianagaram,  Visakhapatnam,  East  Godavari,  West   Godavari,   Krishna,   Guntur,   Adilabad,   Karimnagar,   Nizamabad,   Medak,  Warangal, Khammam and Nalgonda Districts to declare  local holida   on the day  of  poll   21.02.2013   (Thursday),  on  the  day  before  the  day  of  poll  i.e., 
20.02.2013  (Wednesday)  as  well  as  on  the  day  fixed  for  counting  i.e.,  25.02.2013 (Monday)  to    the    offices     /   Institutions      where      the    polling  centres/counting  centres  located  in  the  areas  where  biennial  Elections  to  A.P.   Legislative   Council   from   3   Graduates’   and   3   Teachers’   Constituencies   are  announced.      On   local   holidays   the   Treasuries,   Sub-Treasuries   and   other 
offices/institutions in the District will, however, function as usual.
