Rationalization Norms

1. The Secondary Grade Teacher posts in high schools have been shifted to primary and upper primary schools as per requirement/ staffing pattern approved by Government. 2. U-DISE data of 2012-13 has been taken as base for adjustment of posts. 3. The surplus posts have been adjusted to the needy schools as per requirement and norms. 4. The surplus SGT posts were adjusted in upper primary schools against the posts of School Assistants and Language Pandits as per norms where there is a deficit of posts. 5. If there are still excess posts of SGTs after exhausting in primary and upper primary schools as per norms, those posts have been allotted to primary schools duly arranging the schools in descending order of enrollment.
