ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above, orders have been issued constituting Public Service Commission for the State of Telangana.

The Secretary, Telangana State Public Service Commission in the reference 2nd read above, has informed that the existing scheme and syllabus of United Andhra Pradesh has to be changed as per the needs and requirements of new State of Telangana and therefore, the Commission has constituted an Experts Committee to study and make recommendations to review the present classification of Groups and other services; scheme and pattern of examination of posts comes under the purview of the Public Service Commission. The said committee has submitted its report and the same has been furnished along with the recommendations of the TSPSC for approval of the Government


In the G.O. 3rd read above, a Cabinet Sub-Committee has been constituted to examine and recommend on Scheme of Examinations for various posts to be filled by the Telangana State Public Service Commission by the method of direct recruitment, keeping in view the report of the Expert’s Committee and the recommendations of the TSPSC. The Cabinet Sub Committee has submitted its report to Government.

Keeping in view the recommendations made by Cabinet Sub-Committee, after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby issue the following classification of posts, scheme and pattern of examination for various categories of posts to be filled-up by direct recruitment through Telangana State Public Service Commission. Public Holiday on 30th July 2015 has been declared over Abdul Kalam's demise by the TN Govt. Government of Tamil Nadu announced Holiday on 30th July 2015 as a mark of respect for late former president Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam. Holiday will be observed in Tamilnadu on the 30.07.2015 for Schools, Colleges, Educational Institutions, Govt Offices. It would be holiday for all educational institutions, government and private establishments on Thursday under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 by the Public Protocol I Department, dated 28.07.2015 wide G.O Ms.No.1005


Government of India has announced a seven-day state mourning in honor of former President APJ Abdul Kalam, however there will be NO holiday during these 7 days. “As a mark of respect to the departed dignitary, seven days of state mourning will be observed throughout India from 27th July 2015 to 2nd August 2015 both days inclusive” an official statement said.

Dr.Kalam’s funeral will be scheduled on 30.7.2015 in Rameshwaram, Tamilnadu, where he was born in the year 1931.

The government have decided to declare a public holiday on the day of funeral on the 30.07.2015 for all educational institutions, government and private establishments under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
