AP TET Syllabus 2017<\/h2>\n

APTET Syllabus 2017<\/strong>\/APTET Paper 1 Syllabus\/AP TET Paper 2 Syllabus of Maths, Physics, Biology, Social Studies, English, Science<\/strong> released by the school education department. APTET 2017 exam Syllabus, structure and content\u00a0 is ass follows. APTET 2017 exam is being held online this year.<\/p>\n

There will be Two Papers for the TET Paper 1 will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for Classes 1 to 5, Paper 2 will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for Classes 6 to 8. A person who intends to be a Teacher either for Classes 1 to 5 or for Classes 6 to 8 shall have to appear in both Papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2).<\/p>\n

APTET Syllabus Paper 1: No. of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) \u2013 150, Duration of Examination: 2 hours and 30 minutes<\/p>\n

Structure and Content<\/h2>\n

i) Child Development and Pedagogy 30 MCQs 30 Marks
\nii) Language 1 30 MCQs 30 Marks
\niii) Language 2 (English) 30 MCQs 30 Marks
\niv) Mathematics 30 MCQs 30 Marks

Total 150 MCQs 150 Marks<\/strong><\/p>\n

The test items on Child Development & Pedagogy will focus on Educational Psychology of teaching and learning relevant to the primary level. Candidates have to choose one of the available 8 Languages under Language 1 of TET, those candidates should have compulsorily studied that Language either as medium of study or as First Language at least up to Class X. The candidates who studied CBSE\/ ICSE curriculum can choose the Language which they studied up to Class X. Language 2 shall be English for all the candidates.<\/p>\n

\"APTET<\/p>\n

Maths\/EVS Syllabus 2017<\/h2>\n

APTET Syllabus for Mathematics & Environmental Studies are designed on the basis of topics of Classes I to V. The difficulty standard as well as linkages of content\/topics could be up to Secondary Stage (up to Class X) for testing. The test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) not only on Content but also on Pedagogy. In Mathematics, 24 MCQs will be on Content and 6 MCQs on Pedagogy. Similarly, in Environmental Studies 24 MCQs will be on Content and 6 MCQs on Pedagogy.<\/p>\n

Paper 2 Structure<\/h2>\n

For Paper 2 Mathematics & Science, questions will be as follows:-

\n(b) Content \u2013 Biological Science \u2013 12 MCQs

Paper 2 syllabus<\/h2>\n

For APTET Paper 2 Social Studies, the syllabus will cover the sectors namely, History, Geography, Civics and Economics. Out of 60 marks, 48 will be on Content and the remaining 12 on Pedagogy. For Paper 2, APTET Syllabus of Mathematics, Sciences & Social Studies are based on topics of Classes 6 to 8. The difficulty standard of questions as well as their linkages could be up to Senior Secondary Level. APTET 2017 paper 2 syllabus for Language 1 & 2 shall be based on proficiency in the Language, Elements of Language, Communication and Comprehension abilities (standard up to Senior Secondary Level).<\/p>\n
