Recruitment of Constables (Male and Female) in Punjab Police (District Cadre)

RECRUITMENT    OF   MALE  AND   FEMALE    CONSTABLES      IN DISTRICT
POLICE CADRE OF PUNJAB  POLICE.

Applications are invited from Male and female candidates for filling up of the
3726 of Male and 2000 Female posts in the District Police Cadre in the rank
of constable in Punjab Police.

SCALE OF PAY:
    Pay   Band-  2   =   Pay   Band   5910-20200+Grade   pay   Rs.   2000.       The   posts
    shall     also   carry     other    allowances      as    admissible     under     Govt.
    instructions/rules.       The   selected    candidates      will  be  included     under
    ‘Defined Contributory Pension Scheme’ of the State Govt.
2.     PLACE   OF   DUTY:        Selected   candidate(s)   can   be   deployed   anywhere
       in Punjab, India and even abroad.
3.     NATIONALITY: Applicant should be a citizen of India.
