Subject: P.S - T&A Department - Sanction of 2 Notional Increments to the teachers who have completed two years of service after 01.04.2009 - Certain clarification sought for - Reg.
Ref: Lr.No.M1/1438/2009 Dated 16.12.2011 from the DTA, Hyderabad.
The attention of the director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is invited to the reference 1st cited.
He is informed that in respect of the teachers appointed through DSC after 01.04.2009, their pay is to be regulated on completion of two years of period on or after 01.04.2011 duly sanctioning two notional increments. Hence the date of monitory benefit will be the date of assigning the scale duly sanctioning two notional increments.
