Based on the Agreement entered between the Government of Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Seemaandhra Employees Forum on 11.10.2013, the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Seemaandhra Employees Forum has requested the Government for payment of advance equal to maximumof one month’s salary to the employees who participated in the strike from 3-9-2013 onwards and who have rejoined duty on or before 11-10-2013. In the reference 2nd cited, Government have accepted for sanction of special advance to those employees who have joined duty on or before 11-10-2013, subject to a maximum of one month’s salary to be recovered as decided by the Government.
