SCERT, UP has published the Call Letter/Counselling Card for the 1st round of UPBTC 2013 Counselling Process. Candidates can download their Admit Card to participate in the 1st round counselling for the available 35000 seats. Counselling will be held for Govt DIET and Private DIET Colleges. Candidates are called in the 1:2 ration for the conselling. Document Verification will be done at the counselling centers. Candidates can download their Counselling Call Letter from the official UP Basic Edu Board website http://upbasiceduboard.gov.in.
