Andhra Pradesh Formation Day (AP Day) will be observed on the 8th of June 2014. Unified Andhra Pradesh has been bifurcated into Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states from the 2nd of June 2014. Telangana Formation day will be observed on the 2nd of June. TDP (Telugu Desam Party) has come into the power in Andhra Pradesh and TDP leader Mr.N.Chandhra Babu Naidu will sworn in as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on 8.06.2014. As the government is forming on the 8th June, AP Day will be observed every year on 8.06.2014. Governors rule will be ended on this day in andhra pradesh. Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu will be the 1st Chief Minister of the Andhra Pradesh State (After Bifurcation). Mr.Kirna Kumar Reddy was the last chief minister for the unified state.
