ORDER

In the reference read above, Government have issued orders conferring the Drawing  and disbursing powers to the new Heads of Departments which are to be created with effect from 02.06.2014, as per the provisions of A.P. Treasury Code and Financial Code for smooth functioning of the two State Heads of Departments with effect from the appointed day. 2. Government have further decided to confer the Drawing and Disbursing Powers to such Institutions listed in the Schedules Ninth and Tenth of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014 only with effect from the date of their bifurcation or creation in Telangana State. 3  The G.O. is available in Andhra Pradesh Government Website http://goir.ap.gov.in
