Sikshashree Scholarship Scheme Guidelines

West Bengal Government has introduced Sikshashree scholarship scheme for SC/ST day scholars who are studying 5th class, 6th class, 7th class and 8th class. This new scheme is introduced by merging the old and existing schemes of Book Grant, Maintenance Grant and Other compulsory charges. Nodal officers will be appointed to look after this scheme. Detailed guidelines have already been released. All initiatives will be taken to ensure that all eligible students come under the purview of this scheme and no eligible students is left out.

Sikshashree Scholarship Scheme Application Form

The west bengal govt has released Sikshashree Scholarship guidelines and application form for this scheme. The application form is available in both English and Bengali. Application forms should be printed by the P.O cum DWO/ DWO and supplied at the block level for availability at schools. However forms also be used by copying, photo coping, typing, handwritten or downloading from the official website of the BCW Department.
